Great concept better without padding for larger sizes

Really glad to find this bra as there not many options for dual-function bras that are not completely unstructured/sports bra style . However as a 30G- wearing the closest size 32F the under- pumping layer seems to function better than the over-layer, which adds a lot of bulk and isn’t stretchy. Additionally, the band is a bit thin and without an underwire a thicker band/more longline style is helpful. Making a different version of the design for large cup sizes that had a stretchier over layer and a thicker band for DD,F,G,H + would be an improvement.

Nonsense fee that doesn’t live up to name

It would have been fine to have this fee if return shipping was legitimately free and no hassle, but then to also charge a repacking fee when i actually need to return products… not ok. I hope you appreciate the extra 3 dollars you got for that repacking fee because that literally pissed me off enough that I won’t be purchasing from your company ever again.

Disappointing

First of all, the sizing was difficult to figure out and the bras were too small even though I followed the directions on the sizing guide. Second, some of the seams were hard and scratchy. Lastly, there are fees to return so I ended up not only disappointed I didn’t get bras that were comfortable, but I lost $14 in the ordeal.

Had to purchase, no option to turn off and process order

seems like a scam if you can't turn it off/reject the option. Not helpful on an inexpensive final sale item

I am impressed by the customer service. I received a free return label and a discount for purchasing an alternative item in exchange for returning the one I didn't like. I returned the item before the holidays, so it took a while to reach the company. I contacted customer service, and they sent me my replacement item the same day. Ruth promptly replied to my emails. OMG!!!!!! This breastfeeding bra is in my opinion the best thing I’ve ever worn for breast-feeding. I couldn’t go back if I tried it fits perfectly. It is soft, and it covers. 10000/10!!

Uncomfortable and reruns are a hassle

I had to return my items because they didn’t fit correctly, they bulged in weird spots and just weren’t comfortable, especially under shirts.The return process to be a bit of a hassle. Customer service was great, they were quick to respond and very helpful, but given this is product targeted for new/nursing moms who already have a significant amount in their plate, it would have been much easier to just have an online return system set up for ease of use. The confusing return/refund options that I had to email about to understand seems a bit shady and took a lot of back and forth. I really wanted to like this product but it just didn’t work for me.
