Disappointing

First of all, the sizing was difficult to figure out and the bras were too small even though I followed the directions on the sizing guide. Second, some of the seams were hard and scratchy. Lastly, there are fees to return so I ended up not only disappointed I didn’t get bras that were comfortable, but I lost $14 in the ordeal.

Had to purchase, no option to turn off and process order

seems like a scam if you can't turn it off/reject the option. Not helpful on an inexpensive final sale item

Great customer service

I am impressed by the customer service. I received a free return label and a discount for purchasing an alternative item in exchange for returning the one I didn't like. I returned the item before the holidays, so it took a while to reach the company. I contacted customer service, and they sent me my replacement item the same day. Ruth promptly replied to my emails.
