We want you to be over the moon with your Simple Wishes purchases. But sometimes, things may not work out, and that’s OK! We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them within 60 days from the order date.

You can return your item(s) for store credit, refund, or exchange. Conditions apply.

Purchases with a 50% or more significant discount qualify for exchange or store credit only; refunds are prohibited.

International orders are final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

If returning for an exchange or store credit, you will receive a free prepaid return shipping label, and, our restocking fee of $3.00 per return shipment will be waived. Plus, you’ll get an additional $5 in credit to apply towards your exchange or use in future orders.

If returning for a refund, and you prepaid $2.49 for "Free Returns + Package Protection", you will receive a free prepaid return shipping label. A flat-rate $3.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

If returning for a refund, and you declined the option to pay $2.49 for "Free Returns + Package Protection", you will be responsible for the cost of a return shipping + a $3.00 restocking fee. Our return portal will provide you with the pass through cost from the courier for a return shipping label. The cost of the shipping label and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

How do returns work for products purchased during a tiered promo?

When returning an item purchased during a tiered promo that requires a minimum spending threshold, the refund amount will be based on a new calculation considering the subtotal minus the returned item. The refund will reflect the applicable tiered discount level based on that new amount. 

How do I return items purchased as a bundled set?

You may exchange items from within the set for alternate sizes and colors or return a single item(s) for a store credit.

What is not eligible for return?

For hygienic reasons, underwear (bikini and thong) are not accepted.
