Can I buy a center panel for my Hands Free Pumping Bra separately?

Center panels can be purchased individually on our site. These are useful if the width between your nipples is greater than 7 inches. Customize your bra to get perfect alignment of your pump shields by adding on one or more center panels.

Why didn’t my Hands Free Pumping Bra, I purchased on Amazon, include a center panel?

The style we sell on Amazon no longer includes the 1" center panel. Shop here to order a center panel(s).

Do you have a warranty for defective products?

We have a hassle free return policy for up to 60 days from the purchase date on your packing slip. If the defect occurs within the first 30 days, from original purchase date, we will issue a full refund. If the defect occurs between 31-60 days, from original purchase date, we will issue a credit to use towards the purchase of another item of the same style or another style of equal or greater value. Please contact with your Order ID and image(s) of the defect so we can better assist you. You may also visit Returns/Exchanges and initiate a return request covered under the terms of the warranty period.

Do you have any special certification for your products?

All materials used in our products are OEKO certified and all products that are OEKO certified (product including zipper and all components) are tested for harmful substances in accordance with STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® and take into account important legal regulations, such as banned azo dyes, formaldehyde, pentachlorophenol, cadmium, nickel, etc., requirements from the US Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) regarding lead, numerous harmful chemicals, even if they are not yet legally regulated, and diverse parameters for healthcare.

I don’t see my size available on the site. Do you have others available?

All our current available sizes are listed in our shop, but we are working to expand our collection. If your size is listed, but unavailable, it is out of stock. We are working to expand our size range and restock existing sizes with current and new styles.

Who gets free shipping?

Free shipping is applied to all domestic USA orders that are $125+ (after application of all discounts/coupons). Sales tax is not included in this calculation. All domestic orders under $125 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 for USPS First Class Shipping. All international orders will be charged a pass through fee of our actual shipping costs.

What is the best shipping method to Canada?

For shipping to Canada, FedEx – ground or USPS International both work, but FedEx probably less expensive.

What are the legal details of using a promo code or automatic discount? 

Any offers, including promo codes entered at checkout or discounts automatically taken at checkout, are only valid on One code per order. Each offer cannot be combined with other coupons/offers. Codes are not valid on previous purchases or wholesale orders. Promo code(s) or automatic discount(s) are only available for a limited time, while supplies last and may be expired at any time even if an expiration date is noted in the promo. A limit on the number of times an offer may be used may also be noted.  Only one Simple Wishes promotional code, referral code, or sales discount code can be applied to any given order.  As a result, the check-out system on will allow only one code to be entered per order.  In the event that an order happens to be eligible for more than one code, you are responsible for choosing the code that offers the preferred discount.
