We want you to love your Simple Wishes purchases. But if something doesn’t work out, no worries! If you’re in the USA, you can return items* that are unworn and unwashed, in the same condition you got them, within 60 days of your order. **Some conditions apply.

*For hygienic reasons, underwear (bikini and thong) are ineligible for returns.

 Return Shipping Label Options:

  • If you're returning for an exchange or store credit, we'll give you a free return shipping label, and we won’t charge the $3.00 restocking fee.
  • If you're returning for a refund and prepaid $2.49 for "Free Returns + Package Protection," you’ll get a free return shipping label. A $3.00 restocking fee will be taken out of your refund.
  • If you're returning for a refund and didn’t choose to pay $2.49 for "Free Returns + Package Protection," you'll need to pay for return shipping and the $3.00 restocking fee. Our return portal will show the cost of the return shipping label, which will be taken out of your refund along with the restocking fee.

**International Shipments:

International orders are final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

**50% Sale & Final Sale Items:

Items offered at a reduced sale price of 50% or more (such as our $15 Bra Final Few Sale), or purchased with a discount coupon resulting in a 50% or greater discount, are only eligible for exchange or store credit. Refunds are not allowed.

    How do returns work for products purchased during a tiered promo?

    When returning an item purchased during a tiered promo that requires a minimum spending threshold, the refund amount will be based on a new calculation considering the subtotal minus the returned item. The refund will reflect the applicable tiered discount level based on that new amount. 

    How do I return items purchased as a bundled set?

    You may exchange items from within the set for alternate sizes and colors or return a single item(s) for a store credit. The store credit will be valued at the price it was assigned as part of the bundled set. This will be different from the full retail value.
