Shipping Policy

We pride ourselves on being extremely quick on all shipments! Although most packages ship out same day or next day, without expedited freight we cannot guarantee this. Simple Wishes does not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process and ship.

Orders placed after 1PM PST/4PM EST will be processed the next business day. This means that orders placed Friday after 1PM PST/4PM EST will be processed the next Monday.

Flate Rate, Free and International Shipping

Free shipping is offered in the USA on all orders with a value greater than $100, after discounts or promotions. Sales tax does not apply to reaching the $100 threshold.

All orders with a value below $100 will be charged a flat rate of $7.99.This flat rate fee may be waived at times during promotions. Shipping is via USPS, UPS or Fedex and is used at our discretion. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery as we will use the most cost effective shipping mode available to us.

Flat Rate and Free Shipping offers are not applicable to international destinations. Actual shipping costs will be quoted during checkout.
