You'll feel great out and about in this shirt. We’ve made our long-sleeve Abbi nursing top with a wide band at the hem for a fitted, flattering look. We said yes to polished, chic draping and no to the big, under-bust nursing flap (that screams I’m a nursing shirt)! The discreet pull-aside surplice-style front makes access to nurse or pump a breeze.

Hey there, new mama! Our team of moms here at Simple Wishes have experienced all breasfeedign positions in our journeys and, let us tell you - a good nursing top can be a total game-changer. When you're learning different breastfeeding positions, having the right nursing wear makes all the difference.

For the classic cradle hold, a go-to position for many breastfeeding mothers. You sit upright and cradle your baby across your lap, ensuring skin-to-skin contact with their tummy against yours. Their head rests in the crook of your elbow on the nursing side, supporting proper latch and milk flow. A nursing tank top with easy-access clips is perfect for wear in this position. It allows for quick skin-to-skin contact while keeping you covered. When trying the football hold, which was the go-to for those of us who had C-sections, is a position which involves tucking your baby under your arm like a football, with their legs behind you and their head supported by your hand. It's great for keeping weight off your abdomen and allows you to clearly see your baby's latch. A surplice style nursing top, like our Abbi tops, works wonders.
