Stages Maternity, Nursing & Wearable Pump Bra | Sunkissed Rose

Here's what I don't understand about maternity and postpartum wear and I'm sharing it with every site I come across with size exclusions: why aren't there more sizes? I started as an XL lady pre-pregnancy, a plus size model with fashion industry experience, and it is near IMPOSSIBLE to find clothes that fit me third trimester and it is frustrating. Most options stop at size XL and all the XXL bras are sold out, which should be an indicator to the brand that I'm not the only one who feels this way. You'd sell more by including more body shapes, so you'd think it'd be a no-brainer. Please consider expanding your sizes; just because someone has more curves, does not make them less deserving.

I really like my stages, maternity bra. I did have trouble with ordering the correct size; first order was to big, but I was able to exchange for thw correct size easily. The bra fits great, is supportive and comfortable. I have not used the bra for breast feeding or pumping yet, as I am not due for another few months.

I was really excited about this bra, primarily because of the fixed padding option. Unfortunately, it has been pretty disappointing. First, I do just have pretty weird proportions right now (3rd trimester of pregnancy, nursed my first child 2+ years so there's a fair amount of breast tissue loss.) Small petite is barely big enough with the band extender, but the cups are uncomfortably roomy. That will hopefully improve postpartum. I haven't been able to use the non-nursing straps because despite multiple attempts to adjust, the part of the nursing clip attached to the cup always flipped up and poked me. Every seam and piece of hardware seems to chafe, at the end of the day I have red marks from the strap adjusters. I can wear it, but no longer planning to stock up on these.

I love this bra for nursing. It provides more support than others especially for those with larger breasts.

I sooo appreciate the cups are sewn in! No more messing with dislodged bra cups :)

I wear a 36G and the XL full cup with fixed padding is about as perfect as a pumping and nursing bra can get. The clips layered on top of each other is a stroke of genius, easy to do with one hand, and lays nicely. My only complaint is that the molded cups are peaked very high on the cup giving a slight bullet bra effect. Overall a great product especially for bigger busts.

Gives me a great shape and the fabric feels lovely. I did find the band to be a bit small so I’m glad they included the band extender, fits perfectly now. A couple areas for improvement though, the first is that it is invisible under tee shirts only when you use the removable cups, otherwise the bulkier parts of the bra make bumps in the fabric. The other is that the clasps do seem to squeak sometimes when I move and I’ve actually been pinched a couple times. I've only used this for nursing and haven’t tried the “normal” bra straps that came included but I could definitely see myself wearing this bra after I’m done nursing. Definitely my favorite nursing bra.

I have tried quite a few brands for pumping bras and this bra is by far the best quality and fit. I'm on my second child and have pumped a total of 2 1/2 years at this point and the bras are still holding up great! They are comfortable to wear all day as well. They are reasonably priced as well which I think is very important. I just felt it was worth my time to come back and leave a review after using these bras for over 2 years.

Big fan of this. I really hope nursing works for me this time around! I don't have a wearable pump yet but this is super comfortable (even 36 weeks pregnant + the adjustable band extender) and plan to bring to the hospital!
