Needs better straps

I would like this bra, if it weren't for the adjustable straps. Although a nice feature, one side kept slipping out of the hook multiple times a day, and when I took it off to inspect I noticed that on the other strap the stitching had completely come apart and was caught in the hook which is the only reason that side was coming off. I already got rid of the packaging so unfortunately can't return, and now have a broken bra after only a couple of wears.

I purchased this cause I do tender to wear sports bras more than regular. I used a $20 credit that I received from when I bought a breast pump.
The material is good quality, soft, and does great with support. Tempted to buy another one.
