  • Purchased Multiple Bras & Tanks? This test wear offer is limited to one bra and tank. Only test wear one of each style - all other bras and tanks must be unworn and unwashed in the original condition to qualify for return. 
  • Pregnant? Test the hands-free support by filling pump bottles with water, attaching to your pump, and turning on suction. We recommend trying this with all pumping bras you are considering to see how each performs.

We want you to love your Simple Wishes purchases! For USA customers, you can return unworn and unwashed items in original condition within 60 days of your order.

Return Shipping Options:

🔄 EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT: Free return shipping label + no restocking fee.

💰 REFUND (with protection): If you purchased "Free Returns + Package Protection" ($2.49) → Free return shipping label, $3.00 restocking fee deducted from refund.

💰 REFUND (without protection): You pay return shipping cost + $3.00 restocking fee (both deducted from your refund amount).

❓ Returning items from tiered promotions (spend $X, save $Y)? Your refund will be recalculated based on your new order total minus the returned item. You'll receive the discount level that applies to that new amount.

Example: If you spent $100 to get 20% off, but return a $30 item, your refund is calculated on the remaining $70 order (which may qualify for a lower discount tier).

❓ Returning items from bundle sets?

  • Exchange: Individual items can be exchanged for different sizes/colors
  • Return: Individual items can be returned for store credit at the bundled price (not full retail price)

Example: If you bought a 3-bra bundle for $90 ($30 each) but individual bras retail for $45, your store credit will be $30 per bra.
