What is Eligible for Return?
All products, without defects, other than underwear (thongs, briefs) and personal care products and consumables , may be returned for a full refund, up to 60 days from the date on the packing slip; provided that they are in "as new condition". This condition is defined as having only been tried on, not worn or washed with the hang tags still attached to the garments. Please take care, when trying bras on for fit, that you do not leak bodily fluids (breastmilk) on the fabric.
If return reason is due to manufacturers defect/workmanship, within 30 days of original purchase date, we will accept your return and offer you the choice of a full refund or issue a credit to use towards purchasing another garment of the same style or another style of equal or greater value.
If return reason is due to manufacturers defect/workmanship, within 31-60 days of original purchase date, we will accept your return and issue a credit to use towards purchasing another garment of the same style or another style of equal or greater value.
Manufacturers Defect/Workmanship Definition
We stand behind our workmanship 100%. Defects, while rare, may only appear with wear. Defects may extend to clips (that are broken, will not stay closed/open), bent hook & eye rows, stitching, defects in fabric and/or trims, inability to maintain secure support of your breast pump etc.
Please examine your garment(s) thoroughly before sending back. Contact Us if you have any doubt prior to mailing back. We are happy to advise you with an exchange of pictures prior to sending us your return.
Can I exchange my garment for another size/color/style?
Absolutely! You can place a new order on our website for the correct size or color. When we receive your return item(s) back, as long as they are in "as new condition" and within 60 days from your original purchase date, we will issue a full refund for the returned item. Contact our Customer Service Department if you have any questions.
How do returns work for products purchased during a tiered promo.
When returning an item purchased during a tiered promo that requires a minimum threshold of spend, the amount refunded back to you will be based on a new calculation that takes into account the subtotal minus the returned item. The refund will reflect the applicable discount based upon that new amount.
What is not eligible for Return?
For hygienic reasons, underwear (bikini and thong) and personal care items and consumables (nipple cream, belly oil, lactation tea etc).
Final sale items and discontinued styles cannot be returned.
